Daikon

Daikon radish microgreens have a crisp, peppery flavor that is milder than mature daikon radishes but still carries a distinct, slightly spicy kick. The taste is fresh, zesty, and a bit earthy, with a mild heat that intensifies slightly as you chew. They offer a crunchy texture and a refreshing burst of flavor, making them a great addition to salads, sandwiches, or as a garnish. The flavor is similar to other radish varieties but more subtle, with a balance of sweetness and pepperiness. 

• TOPS* - These are cut right beneath the leafy tops of microgreens, better suited for Precision Garnishing on smaller plates. Tops do not bundle and knot like whole micros, which are better suited for full nutrient-packed Salads and Smoothies.
