They lack the strong bitterness sometimes associated with full-grown broccoli, making them a versatile ingredient for salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and garnishes. These microgreens are not only flavorful but also highly nutritious, packed with vitamins A, C, K, and antioxidants.

• TOPS* - These are cut right beneath the leafy tops of microgreens, better suited for Precision Garnishing on smaller plates. Tops do not bundle and knot like whole micros, which are better suited for full nutrient-packed Salads and Smoothies.
