Basil Blend (Tops)

Our Basil Blend combines 3 different types of basil! Equal parts Cinnamon, Thai, and Genovese basils make this blend exquisitely aromatic. 

Basil microgreens have an intense and concentrated flavor compared to mature basil leaves. They are aromatic, with a robust, sweet, and slightly peppery taste that carries subtle hints of clove and mint. This concentrated flavor makes them a fantastic addition to dishes, providing a fresh, herbaceous kick in small quantities. Their delicate texture also adds a crispness to salads, sandwiches, soups, and garnishes.

• TOPS* - Tops are cut right beneath the leafy tops of microgreens, better suited for Precision Garnishing on smaller plates. Tops do not bundle and knot like whole micros, which are better suited for full nutrient-packed Salads and Smoothies.
